Fifth Element Wedding Stationery designs! Based on Luc Besson’s classic 1997 sci-fi thriller I’ve designed this 2×2 sided flower vase surround. Made with stackee, canvassed cardstock with vinyl detail. It features the future New York City – you can see the Brooklyn bridge in the background. On two of the sides are Mr Kim’s noodle boat and Zorg’s blue-haired secretary. At the bottom are Corban’s winning ticket and the ‘Keep Clear’ sign with the yellow circles. The other sides feature the sunset-lit Floston Paradise cruise liner and the elemental icons in glitter card behind a personalised life-size screen-accurate multipass! The favours are individual card boxes in the shape of the four Elemental Stones on a circular plinth. The personalised place cards are versions of Corban’s flying taxi, with the date and rear lights in red holographic vinyl.

Some images of ‘The Making of’…
These started life as layered drawings in Adobe Illustrator. I then cut out each colour by sheet of card and stack them using foam spacers. Several glues used depending on the job. There is also coloured and holographic vinyl for some of the details.
